The oldest Inn in Salzburg is now a 4-star urban hideaway located at the foot of Hohensalzburg Fortress- opposite the Festival Hall- on the main shopping street Getreidegasse and a few blocks from the birthplace of Mozart. Within its 14th Century facade the interior has a contemporary artistic touch with over 120 works of original art to enjoy. It retains many of the original architectural characteristics with vaulted stone and wood beamed ceilings- stone walls in the Wine Archive. These are mixed with modern features including an outdoor dining area.
