We source the produce which makes it up from the local organic farmers/producers so that the great majority of tasty things on offer are either organic or local: bread yogurts cheeses home-made jam fruit juice caramel spread made with salted Gurande butter . The coffee and hot chocolate are also fair trade products. You do not need a sanitary pass to stay in our hotels in France. As far as breakfast is concerned it is possible that you will need a health pass to eat breakfast on site after 9 August. Do not worry: our take-away breakfast will allow those who do not have a health pass to eat every morning with just as much pleasure.
