- To avoid the risk of contagion through the air conditioning systems we have intensified the frequency of sanitizing the filters of the air conditioners in common areas and bedrooms. - Our House has always guaranteed maximum privacy and correct social distancing thanks to the two Italian gardens that are located inside the property. - We will provide to all guests personal protective equipment such as masks and sanitizing gel. - All members of the staff will wear masks and gloves as well as disposable visors and gowns for Spa staff. - All luggage will be sanitized before entering the Castle. - Professional sanitization of all indoor and outdoor spaces has been done. - We will double the daily cleaning frequency of objects that could be touched most frequently-remote control-telephone-door and window handles. - All menus can be consulted by scanning a QR Code-possibly payments only with credit or debit cards-disposable containers a la carte breakfast or room service to be ordered the night before. - For using the indoor swimming pool it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap. The SPA access is possible only if booked in advance and for a total duration of 45 minutes per day. The use of swimming pool does not require reservation - the access to the pool is limited to a maximum of 10 people at a time.
