Hotel is only open to guests with a reservation. If you answered yes to the check-up interview, we deny access to our hotel. * Disinfectant hand gel is available at various places in the hotel to disinfect your hands, when entering the hotel we ask you to disinfect your hands.* There is signage in the hotel and at the entrances to keep every 1.5 meters, so we avoid delays and ensure safe passage for everyone* Warning stickers are placed in places where several people come together -lobby, reception, restaurant, lifts and toilets- so it is clear with how many people you can take the elevator and where you can stand* An infrared thermometer is available at the reception* We ask you to pay contactless for you and our safety* We ask guests who pay in cash to put the money in the designated place. After contact with the money, our employees must clean their hands.* The restaurant is closed to outside guests. From June 1, 2020 we receive external guests in our restaurant, reservation in advance is necessary.* Always follow the instructions of our employees* Rooms special attention is paid to all touch points in the rooms and around the rooms -corridors-.
