The Europaeischer Hof is one of the largest private hotels in Germany today. It was founded in 1925 and has been owned by the Berk family ever since. Over the years the hotel has greatly enlarged and is constantly modernised, so it is a very special blend of tradition and modernity. All 275 guest rooms offer a high standard of comfort and maximum security due to a transponder locking system. Four air-conditioned conference rooms are available. The hotel offers equivalent three restaurants with international kitchen, regional specialties, four different varieties of draught beer and a large wine selection. The unique Euro-Therme is for the exclusive use of hotel guests and extends over 7 floors. The highlight in the 2100 sqm area of sports and leisure centre is the 150 meter water slide, in addition to a large swimming pool with jet streams, water massage, bumbling seats and whirlpool. The sauna-floor contains two Finnish saunas, a Bio sauna and a Roman steam bath at the guest disposal. Solarium, medical massage and beauty treatments, gymnasium, squashcourt and a golf simulator completes the wide range of services offered. For families, the hotel offers complimentary accommodation for children up to the age of 6 in parents room. Children between 7 and 12 years old will be charged at Euro 18,50 per night. Rollaway beds are available in the Standard plus and Comfort category.
