Our linens are washed under high temperatures and the staff is highly trained to clean sanitize the rooms. All the common areas of the hotel are constantly sanitized also. You will find antibacterial gel in several spots around the hotel for the use of guests and staff. Our front desk has protective shields for the safety of our guests and our staff. We check the temperature of every guest before they check in. Also we encourage our guests to be aware of social distancing and we ask you to respect the distancing marks we have placed in the floor. Our restaurant is ready to serve customers always making sure to respect social distancing guidelines. Customers can Access our menus on their pone with a QR code that we provide. Guests can still get room service whenever they desire. The pool has a limited Access we do not allow more than 20 people at once. To use the gym guest are required to make an appointment so our staff can sanitize the equipment as required. Our staff is highly trained to keep everyone safe at all times. Every staff member must wear a face mask and have their temperature checked before their shift begins.
