NON-GOVERNMENT MANDATED CHARGES Service Charge A Service Charge of 10pct of room rate plus applicable taxes will be applied to all reservations. This charge is in addition to the room rate per night. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be received by 6pm local hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival or the hotel will charge for one night*s accommodation plus tax and service charge. Same penalty applies to no-shows. EXCEPTION CANCELLATION POLICY JUN 26 to 29 2023 A non-refundable prepayment equal to the total cost of the full reserved stay including taxes and service charge will be charged seven days prior to expected arrival date. EXCEPTION DEPOSIT POLICY JUN 26 to 29 2023 All cancellations and changes must be received by 6pm Tianjin time at least seven days prior to expected arrival date or the Hotel will charge and retain the full prepayment.
