The 3 star Fenice Hotel is housed in an elegant palace dating back to the late 1800s and is a warm and welcoming place to stay. It has a gentle atmosphere and public rooms are extremely pleasant and decorated with care from the reception with wooden wainscoting and marble flooring to the hall with a comfortable area for relaxing. All guest rooms are modern yet elegant with parquet flooring and furniture in cherry or pear tree wood. All the rooms are welcoming and are fitted with every possible comfort such as air conditioning a direct dial telephone a mini bar Sat TV private bathroom with hairdryer heating a desk and WIFI. To make your stay in Milan even more pleasant the hotel provides you with excellent services. The hotel bar is open until midnight and is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or sip an aperitif at any time of the day there is a well lit breakfast room decorated with a large trompe l oeil and serves a delicious filling buffet breakfast every morning. We also have a laundry service safety boxes located in the reception and secure paid garage parking for 1 car 200m from the hotel which can not be used between 12am-730am. There is also an underground public paid garage 350m from the hotel with which the hotel has a special agreement. Before going to the garage please come to the hotel reception to ensure special parking tariffs are applied at the garage.
