The property is made up of 2 historic buildings-Holmes Hall and Coburn Hall both fully renovated which house our Holmes and Historic room types. Holmes Hall also houses our lobby-sundry shop-fitness center-library and Major Minor Cafe. Our third building Polaris Hall boasts 58 standard guest rooms. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Bangor and only minutes from charming downtown Orono.
