A source of pride for Aude the current owner whose great grandfather Louis Goualin bought the mill in 1927. It was my father also called Louis who turned the mill into a hotel-restaurant in the 70s. Having decided to follow in his footsteps Aude studied hospitality with a sommelier qualification says the young woman who gladly shares recommendations with guests.
