LiA Hotel is a 35 room - 3 star independent hotel - that delivers a *Life is Art* Xperience. LiA is short for *Life is Art*. We are located in San Carlos within walking distance of downtown San Carlos. We anticipate most of weekday traffic to be corporate and weekend traffic to be leisure and local. LiA has a mix of room types and includes uniquely designed and positioned Corporate Executive rooms outfitted with a separate area dedicated to working as well as kitchenette rooms targeted at the long term and leisure guest.
