Mosaic House

Mosaic House was redesigned to fit modern green technologies that set this facility apart from other properties providing accommodation. Mosaic House features the most sophisticated green elements in the hotel industry. These technologies were incorporated in an effort to conserve resources and energy. The building utilizes 100 renewable source electricity with solar panels on the roof, energy efficient lighting, electric shutters as well as intelligent heating and cooling system that recongizes whether the room is occupied or not. Energy saving is also supported by windows and facade insulation. Mosaic House is the 1st building in the Czech Republic to use grey-water system which recycles water used in showers and sinks. The water is then re-used when flushing toilets. Recycling starts a heat-recuperation process that preheates the fresh water. To maximize guests comfort there are rain-dance showers installed in the bathroom that save water while still offer the best experience from showering. Mosaic House has set a high bar when it comes to combining stylish design, green features and comfort of its guests.
