Before checking into Oasis Avenue- guests can make reservations through the hotels exclusive app. On arrival- guests can check in using the self-service check-in kiosk in the lobby. The fantastic hi-tech experience continues in the guest room accessed simply by using the mobile app. YUEYUE- a fluffy corgi is the Goodwill Ambassador of the hotel. He made his public debut in 2019 and has been capturing hearts since then. Frequently seen at the lobby- YUEYUE loves cosying up to guests upon check-in and sometimes assist in events. **COVID-19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ** Whilst health and safety have always been a priority at Oasis Avenue - A GDH Hotel we have enhanced cleaning and hygiene standards across all areas of the property in response to the recent COVID-19 outbreak. We have increased frequency of cleaning for all communal and staff areas and ensure use of facemasks and gloves whilst cleaning. Additional compulsory Hand Sanitizer stations are situated in communal areas. There is clear signage and floor markings to support social distancing and directional traffic flow. Lift usage limited to guests travelling together. Socially distanced check-in with acrylic protection screens in place at all service points for staff and guest protection. Minimum touch points supported by online registration and payment options. All guests key cards and card payment pads are placed in outer protectors and are disinfected after each use. Daily housekeeping services are currently suspended -rooms are sanitised before arrival and serviced on departure only. Fresh linen and towels can be replenished upon request. Minibar contents have been removed from rooms and all unnecessary stationary and soft furnishings. Our gym is also closed until further notice.
