Hotel Victoria is their victory. The culmination of a joint project for Salima and Emmanuel. Owners of guest houses in Tarn the couple wanted to move on to something else. That was our testing ground. We did it all: the works decoration layout and marketing. We realised that we made an effective duo The next step was running a hotel. This was to be in Chtelaillon-Plage 500 km north of their former life. We really fell in love when we visited this beautiful late 19th-century residence. With elegant architecture proximity to the sea and small resort station and 25 spacious rooms Salima and Emmanuel took the plunge. Four months work later with three stars on their faade the couple officially began their new life in April 2018 in a hotel that is chic cosy warm and welcoming just like them.
