PALAIS AMANI

Palais Amani is an opulent 14 bedroomed boutique hotel with restaurant traditional hammam and massage rooms a salon library and roof top terraces and fully licensed bar just inside the walls of the ancient medina in Fez. It is a ryad in the true sense of the word and at its heart an aromatic garden planted with citrus trees is set around a spectacular mosaic fountain creating a private paradise in which to escape the bustle of the surrounding medina. Much of the old palace was rebuilt between 1928 and 1930 hence the art deco influences found throughout. One of the largest ryads in the medina this listed building underwent a three year restoration period. During that time all the modern comforts were installed making the ryad the luxury hotel that it is today.
