Today the Palazzo has undergone restructuring and conservative restoration by the architect Stefano Viviani aimed at respecting and enhancing the original architectural elements and decoration. It is shared by the Palazzo and its annexe the Seventy House so named because it was built in the 1970s and furnished in a contemporary style with colour combinations and themed decor.
