Scope Of Work To Be Done - Rooms Upgrade Project to be completed in 5 phases Works will be executed within a fully operational hotel. Noise levels will be restricted to 9am - 4pm. Each area of construction will be demarcated and closed off from the general public. Commencing - 15 May 2024 Duration - Phase A 15 May - 14 June Phase B 14 June - 15 July Phase C 15 July - 12 August Phase D 12 August - 13 September Phase E 13 September - 11 November Expected Date of Completion - 11 November 2024.
