Whilst health and safety has always been a priority at Quest Glen Waverley we have enhanced cleaning and hygiene standards across all areas of the property in response to COVID 19. We have progressively introduced measures and protocols to protect our guests and employees in accordance with Health Authority Guidelines.
We have provided extensive staff education and training on duty of care and risk management increased cleaning frequency for all communal and staff areas ensured the use of facemasks and gloves whilst cleaning increased regular sanitation of high touchpoints such as door handles and elevators installed Hands-free automatic hand sanitising stations in our communal areas installed clear signage and floor markings to support social distancing and directional traffic flow introduced socially distanced check-in and checkout procedures installed acrylic screens between guests and staff in Reception.
