Response to prevent COVID-19 infection At the Hotel Entrance -Hand sanitizer is now available at public space such as hotel entrance and lobby. Please use them when you arrived at the hotel and follow the proper coughing etiquette. -Staffs would not move your car. Please park the car according to staffs guidance. Check-In/Check-Out -To prevent droplet infection, we installed partitions at front desk and hotel stand. Partitions are regularly sanitized. -Please line up along the waiting line by 1-person, reservation representative, to avoid the close-contact. We may ask to wait at the lounge or in your car to your group if it crowded. -Please kindly understand to ask your health condition, travel history to abroad, and request to fill up a health certificate. We may ask for instructions to health center or support center after we have got your understanding. If we could get your approval, we may decline to accept your hotel stay. -We use printed materials to simplify a hotel guidance. We suspend one of our service, conduction to your room, to prevent the infection. -The front desk may get crowded around 10AM because of the checking-out. Please settle the hotel fee the night before checking-out or after the breakfast to avoid the close-contact. Guest Rooms -Air conditioners are working constantly. Please open your room windows regularly to ventilate. -Hand sanitizer is available at all guest rooms. Public Area -We restrict an elevator capacity to prevent overcrowding. Please use hand sanitizer before and after taking the elevator. -We do additional cleaning hotel facility and equipment after usage every time. -Ventilate the facility including restaurant, banquet hall, and public bath. -We wear a face mask during a service. -We regularly use hand sanitizer. -We do thorough employees health management; measuring body temperature and manage based on a health checking sheet.
