We therefore apply the following cancellation penalties- Within 30 days of arrival date - 25pc of all room nights booked will be charged Within 10 days of arrival date -100pc of all room nights booked will be charged Except the period - 1st December to the 29th of February when the following penalty applies- Within 90 days of arrival date - 50pc of all room nights booked will be charged Within 60 days of arrival date - 100pc of all room nights booked will be charged We encourage our guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance in case of any unexpected changes in their travel plans which may incur a cancellation fee
