The brand new 3 star Zurich Swiss Chocolate Hotel by Fassbind is ideally situated at the gateway to Zurich Old Town- a 2 minute walk from the main HB station- famous Bahnhofstrasse and Lake Geneva waterfront. The architecture and decoration of the hotels was inspired by the fabulous story of the Swiss Chocolate industry- starting in the cacao farms down to the Chocolate bar without forgetting the founders of this industry. The greedies will be delighted at our Chocolate fountain by the front desk. Each of the 56 bright and quiet rooms- refurbished in 2021- is soundproofed with triple glazed windows that can be opened. All are equipped as standard with Flatscreen TV with 100 cable channels- Tea and Coffee making facilities- Iron- Room safe- MiniBar with Swiss Chocolate- and Direct dial telephone. The bathrooms are en suite with Bath or Shower and all have a Hairdryer. The hotel does not have a restaurant but the Breakfast room serves a Continental Buffet breakfast daily. There is a wide variety of cafes- bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The hotel has 2 sister hotels next by- Swiss Night 2kms away and Zuri 1 km away. Both of these hotels have fitness facilities and saunas that the guests of Swiss Chocolate can use free of charge. A covered parking is available opposite the hotel at a charge. Additional Information Must provide the hotel with the security code on the credit card. Children aged 6 and under stay free in existing bedding. Children aged 7 and over are considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number without prior notification.
