Dhavalkumar took over The Originals City Hotel Cathdrale Lisieux in 2015. A challenge for those who do not come from the hospitality industry and who trained for a few months with the former owner of the premises. Leading a 30-room establishment that hosts a large number of groups that in fact cannot be improvised. But Dhavalkumar is motivated because he loves guest contact.
